**Responsibilities**- Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite and key decision makers within the hospitality ecosystem in Indonesia.- 60-70% travelling involved, mostly within Indonesia.- Strong exposure in selling Hospitality Technology or Online Travel solutions to hotels (local chains and stand-alone luxury hotels) in Indonesia.- Strong existing relationships/mapping, develop new relationships and active engagement with the key decision-makers and influencers from Hospitality ecosystem, includes hotels, local chains, partners and local hotel associations in Indonesia for RateGain's Hospitality products.- Pursue large-scale "top-down" opportunities at the Brand, Ownership and Management levels.- Develop and execute GTM for targeted focus markets and key-accounts within Indonesia while working closely with colleagues from sales, marketing, product and customer success.- Implement best practice sales management and sales processes to nurture and grow RateGain's market share in Indonesia.- Lead the development of key Sales and Marketing materials (e.g. standard client presentation, elevator pitch, collateral sheet, etc.)- Collaborate with other Functional Heads and the Executive Team to build strong organic revenue growth and a high-performance sales organization.- Maintain a strong understanding of current and new competition, positioning and trends.- Provide continuous inputs, product feedback and product development activities to the internal organization, based on market/customer needs.**Requirements**:- 8 - 15 years' sales experience, with significant time spent in selling B2B/SaaS, Hospitality Technology or Online Travel solutions to hotels in Indonesia; with demonstrated experience in delivering professional services and projects to hospitality clients- Experience with building new strategic relationships- Proven strong track record for achieving and exceeding sales quotas- Excellent command in Bahasa & English both - verbal, written and presentation.- Well organized, able to multi-task, manage change and prioritize.- Min. of 8 years sales experience in hospitality tech / travel industry- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred, including sales forecasting; high attention to details.- Proficiency in MEDDIC, The Challenger Sales and / or Value-Selling will be a plus.- Highly motivated and results-driven
