**Responsibilities**:
As the Senior Manager Commercial for key account management, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure that all brand and store KPIs are met on time.
- Analyze sales performance and advise clients on how to grow their ecommerce sales in a sustainable way. Drive sales through stock availability, pricing competitiveness, effective merchandising and targeted assortment growth.
- Grow revenue and profitability for Intrepid by partnering with Business Development on offering new value adding services to clients, optimizing commercial terms with existing clients and scaling existing operational processes.
- Maintain close relationships with both brands and ecommerce platforms. Interact daily with partners to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategy.
- Coach and develop your team members.
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada /Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor. You have a strong network with ecommerce platforms in Indonesia.
- Commercial experience - you understand customer needs and drivers of performance. You leverage your expertise to advise brands on all ecommerce topics. Your strong interpersonal skills including presentation and listening skills allow you to build trust and lasting senior client relationships.
- You know how to reconcile top down and bottom-up targets. You are data driven and your excellent analytical skills are backed by proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Managerial experience
- you have years of experience in a leadership position. You have managed a team before.
- You have a result-oriented mindset and a track record driving impact in a fast-paced start-up environment. You take ownership. You are nimble and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
