Jobs Description:

- Lead dan manage customer service projects for improving quantitative and qualitative performance and clients satisfaction.
- To be representative for the result of a project in the unit.
- Controlling and make sure that the team in following the standard KPI set by the client.
- Prepares customer service performance report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Create capacity planning according to client project.
- To plan for human development to promote staff to a higher level.
- To keep a good relationship with clients and do internal coordination with other division or department.
Persyaratan:

- S1 education all departement with GPA 3.00.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as Contact Center Operation Manager.
- Experience in handling more than 100 headcounts with various projects or campaigns.
- Experience in Business planning for Contact Center, Capacity Planning, etc.
- Computer literate especially Excel (Vlookup, PIVOT, IF, Hlookup).
- Good analysis and planning ability.
- Motivated and able to work under preassure.
- Good negotiation skills and strength in numbers.
