- Develop comprehensive marketing activation plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand strategies.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing activation campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to events, sponsorships, promotions, and digital platforms.
- Manage end-to-end activation logistics, including budget management, vendor coordination, and timeline management to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content and collateral for activation campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in copywriting, digital marketing, and advertising to continuously improve skills and techniques.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activations, leveraging data and insights to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing activation, event planning, project management, or related roles.
- Creative ideation skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
