Senior Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to create integrated marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Proven track record of successful campaigns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
