**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design & implement strategies for marketing function, including digital, ATL, BTL & all communications
- Prepare marketing budgets, track spends & re-calibrate the budget based on sales performance & everchanging business needs
- Design & develop an effective KOL & Influencer strategy to drive high engagement & grow Brand awareness
- Manage ATL & BTL marketing activities
- Develop requisite measures, dashboards to review performance, track & monitor the various metrics (new launches, media campaign effectiveness, media spends) and initiate necessary actions to address deviations
- Negotiate with vendors & marketing agencies to get high quality & timely deliverables at optimum cost
- Conduct periodic market research &analyze data to derive insights about customer behavior and Brand power
- Liaise with teams to understand marketing needs, create & execute campaigns to aid sales & awareness
- Regularly look for opportunities to bring in marketing best practices (tools, templates, methodologies) and raise the bar of performance for Marketing
- Present ideas & final deliverables to internal & external teams, and lead the discussion during business reviews
- Engage continuously & effectively with the Brand Principal to adhere to the Brand global guidelines
- Manage the learning & developments needs of the team below.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
- Excellent team player.

- Fluent in Bahasa & English, should possess both street-smart & also polished communication skills
