Senior Media and Public Relations Officer Job Responsibilities:
Prepare annual media plan, and monthly and quarterly reports Strengthen media relations with media partners including TV, radio, printed and online platforms Support the logistic for press event and media interview, and manage media reception at the event venue Work with different departments to create compelling media angle to support marketing campaigns Prepare press materials, write feature articles and pitch media interview Prepare media Q&A for emergency relief, crisis and events and campaign Gate keeper for all news which should be alerted by senior management Handle and follow up media enquiry, and monitoring Clip and share daily news clippings to management and staff Performed assigned ah hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline 3 years or above of experience in media, PR agency or relevant areas. Experience in crisis communications will be an advantage Knowledge of local and international media in Hong Kong, with strong media network will be an asset Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proven experience in copywriting media materials Commitment to the mission and value of World Vision Interest and knowledge of world affairs and international humanitarian aids Good team players, self-motivated and can work independently and meet tight deadlines Willing to work outside office hours and respond to emergencies and media enquiries #J-18808-Ljbffr
