- Qualifications
- Should have 3-5 years of industry experience in support organization with knowledge of Incident management and client facing roles.
- Should have good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, C or C++, SQL Server and must have good Database Management knowledge
- Should have experience of Reconciliations process
- Having a knowledge of capital markets is good to have skill
- Must be willing to work in Late UK and US EST shift's only
- A self-starter with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Should have good communication skillset and Analytical abilities
- Should have Incident management knowledge s

Responsibilities include
- Lead initiatives to scale the customer service organization to meet the growing needs of the business
- Manage quality of service metrics to ensure a premium-quality customer experience
- Respond to system problems and facilitate solutions for production support issues
- Ability to travel in order to meet client obligations as applicable
