Demonstrate complete competence in all laboratory methods, investigational techniques, validation of laboratory procedures, and validation support of processes outside the laboratory. Ensure safety in Microbiology Laboratory and all lab personnel working safely. Ensure no data integrity case in Microbiology Laboratory. Ensure Good Laboratory Practices is fully implemented in Microbiology Laboratory. Ensure all OOS found in Microbiology Laboratory are completely investigated. Ensure all testing equipment is qualified and maintained. Ensure all testing methods are validated. Ensure all Microbiology Laboratory projects are delivered as per plan.
