Responsibilities Be the architect: Design, deploy, and ensure smooth operation across LAN, WAN, and WLAN landscapes. Become the problem solver: Dive deep into issues, troubleshoot and upgrade current infrastructure, ensuring guests have uninterrupted experiences. Stay ahead of the curve: Address tech concerns of hotel guests, both remotely and face-to-face when needed. Guardian of the network: Regular system maintenance, ensuring our network operates flawlessly. Document diligently: From designs to maintenance plans, keep our systems' stories updated and accessible. JOB REQUIREMENTS Articulate English proficiency, both spoken and written. Deep-seated knowledge in LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP. A knack for technical support, simplifying the complex for all users. Qualifications in Networking (CCNA is a cherry on top!). Independent thinking and decision-making flair, especially under pressure. A vault-like ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost professionalism.
