We are currently seeking a Senior O+O Data Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing functional requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and developing analytics models. You will play a key role in generating insights and managing structured and unstructured information to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring the development of effective analytics models.
- Propose sustainable and technical solutions to support the generation of insights.
- Identify and manage structured and unstructured information, considering information distribution policies.
- Ensure documentation is created and maintained in compliance with defined norms and standards.
- Perform corrective and scalable maintenance of analytics models to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Participate in defining the business case, cost model, and overall objectives for projects/programs.
- Define and monitor project/program plans, budgets, KPIs, metrics, activities, methodologies, and resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with analytics trends, developments, and practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Supervise content and ensure overall quality (if applicable).
You have...
- You have over 7-9 years of work experiences managing Data Analytics/Data Transformation
- Data-related technical skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for interacting with databases.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ETL software such as Talend, Informatica, Dataiku, and Knime.
- Programming skills in Python and R (nice to have).
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms (nice to have).
- Ability to translate business needs into processes and IT evolutions, and design functional requirements.
- Navigation within the organization:
- Strong business understanding and knowledge of L'Oréal Organization & Data Organization, as well as L'Oréal System functional architecture.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent teamwork and adaptability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clarify and simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Problem-solving orientation with the ability to identify and propose new solutions.
- Project management:
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with ideation methods to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
