**What you will do, but not limited to**:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and related reports in accordance with accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Responsible for external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Propose and maintain the process of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)
- Perform on Intercompany both for subsidiaries and holding company.
- Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure proper account reconciliation and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial report of Indico's portfolios and conduct process of consolidating all subsidiaries into the parent company.
- Prepare report required by parent company.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and reporting function.
- Review & update company accounting policy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in accounting and/or Finance, or any related field.
- Have minimum 5-year experience in Public Accounting Firm, especially in Big Accounting Firm will be an advantage.
- Experience in disclosure and have capability in performing disclosure financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and System Application Processing (SAP) is an advantage
- Accounting skills expected: adequate understanding of Internal Control over Financial Report (ICOFR), Sarbanes-Oxley Act, general accounting journal, financial statement reporting processes and financial statement analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skill, problem solving skill, and attention to detail
- Able to work in team, has a strong leadership and time management skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Must be able to adapt to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure working environment
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
