**What does day-to-day look like? **
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve marketing objectives
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions
- Define and refine audience segmentation strategies to reach high-value customer segments effectively
- Implement CRO techniques to improve landing page and website performance, enhancing the user journey and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and other campaign elements
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs to stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology tools and platforms to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
**What does amazing look like? **
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets
- Experience in Game Publishing company is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Expertise in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and social media advertising
- Adapt at A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Certifications in platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus
