Senior Operations Manager - Healthcare

**About the Company**:
A Senior Operations Manager opportunity is open at a sustained company in healthcare industry to optimizing their end to end business operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing branch activities including sales assistants, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other pharmacy employees.
- Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
- End to end operations
- Manage and ensure the achievement of sales targets and collection targets for branches in the Region
- Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.
- Addressing customers' requests and complaints.
- Ensure that the implementation of all operational activities in the branches can run well
- implementation of the management system that has been established by the company
- Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.

**Key Requirements**:

- Min 3-5 years in the managerial level as Regional Operation Manager (Handle Branches)
- Minimum 5 years as Branch Head
- has handled Sales & Operations in the Pharmaceutical Distribution sector (has experience managing several branches)
- Fluent in English.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
