We are currently looking for **Senior Outsourcing - Payroll Services **to join its growing team of professionals.

**Role and responsibilities**Provide payroll and outsourcing services for clients**: prepare payroll calculation and other payroll-related tasks, including personal income tax, compulsory insurance, labour, BPJS, etc. including but not limited Personal Income Tax of expatriates.-
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients-
- Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with clients and government authorities (BPJS, tax office)-
- Doing researches and analysis on payroll and related issues, providing recommendations/opinions to managers-
- To perform payroll advisory work for clients and conduct payroll simulations as required-
- Provide reports to Payroll Manager- Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university-
- 2-3 years of working experience in payroll (either in-house / outsource) or consulting experience in a consulting firm-
- Excellent understanding of labour and personal income tax in Indonesia, as well as BPJS.-
- Outstanding comprehension on the utilization of Ms Office products especially Excel and payroll operating systems-
- Able to work in a diversified cultural environment-
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills-
- Ability to liaise well with others and deal with confidential materials-
- Ability to pay attention to details
