OY! is an Indonesian fintech start up that mainly focusing on money movement aggregator. We are aiming to enable businesses and end-users in Indonesia to have access to world-class financial services, starting with sending and accepting money seamlessly and securely at scale.
1. Acquire strategic partners and lead the negotiations process between OY! and Partners, make sure all deals, product capabilities and commercials are beneficially optimal to the company
2. Build and manage trusted and beneficial partnerships to enable business growth
3. Oversee partners performance in daily basis
4. Assist in developing the partnership's annual plan (quarterly basis) with a view to enhance OY!'s product by working closely with the Product, Business Development and BD Strategy teams
5. Own the performance target which focus on the partnership development to optimize the cost of revenue efficiency, which are: cost of fund, cost of money movement and cost of goods & other services to support achievement of company's target performance (e.g., gross profit etc.) and continuous improvement on Services Level Agreement
6. Ensure the adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and implementation of risk mitigation measures for each deal
7. Manage integration and development process between OY! and Partner and ensure all processes are being done in a proper way (timeline, progress update, manpower and suitability with products)
8. Work with product, business development, business operation teams etc. to design and develop initiatives with Partner that can help further product's success
9. Be the first hand to handle issues and escalate to the right parties, both internal and external
10. Continuously improve and optimize all workflow, procedures, and processes within the Partnership team
11. Perform performance evaluation periodically to continuously improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and Services Level Agreement (SLA)
At least a bachelor's degree in any major or equivalent experience from reputable university
Min. 3 years working experience in Partnership, Business Development, or Account/Relationship Management in banking or financial industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to think analytically and strategically
Great attention to details
Strong project management skills to manage complex projects
Strong negotiation skill in a business environment with both internal and external stakeholders
Data-driven and target oriented
