Job description:

- Design, develop, and conduct a survey and/or experimental research
- Facilitate the process of data ingestion between People Team and Data Team
- Maintain data hygiene and educate Mekari's People Team about data hygiene best practices
- Create dashboards for important HR metrics
- Work closely with People team leaders to understand the data requirements.
- Manage end-to-end (planning, execution, evaluation) projects (data/non-data related) initiated by the People Strategy team.
- Responsible for change management pertaining to new initiatives implemented by the People Strategy team.

**Requirements**:

- Background in Economics, Statistics, Math, Psychology or any major with substantial exposure to statistics
- At least 2 year of experience in data management and analysis
- Fluency in research methodology
- Ability to use SQL and Tableau
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the latest HR trends and research
- Able to work in a highly agile environment.
- Meticulous with data and administrative tasks.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
