We ensure that each of our Gravity achieves the highest quality by providing a comfortable and safe environment in which to grow together.**Job Description**:- Responsible for sourcing goods or services that are requested by the internal departments, dealing with suppliers, and negotiating for the best price and payment term- Perform buying duties when necessary, and track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.- Ensures the quality standards are followed in all activities and processes- Experience in standardizing procurement processes- Create processes and SOP from scratch, by advising on sourcing strategies to ensure timely delivery on projects- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors- Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and market channels- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent education- Preferably 3-5 years related working experience in purchasing / buyer in the startup environment- Knowledge in Purchasing / Inventory / Material- Self-starter & good in communication / negotiation skills- Uphold high integrity, honesty, and fairness in performing the duties.
