Senior Procurement Executive

Find a qualified vendor with competitive prices to fulfill user needs
- Create comparison from different vendors (offline and online)
- Create PO in the system
- Monitoring goods delivery to meet SLA requirement and update it in the system when it's complete
- Liaise with users to find out the details of their needs
- Liaise with FAT team related to the payment process and financial supporting documents needed

Liaise with other related departments as needed
8.
Maintain good relationship with existing vendors
9.
Maintain and update procurements database in a daily basis

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor's degree in any field

Having min 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Having knowledge about IT tools
4.
Detail oriented and have the ability to analyze the problem
5.
Good communication and negotiation skills
6.
Willing to be placed at Tangerang and assigned to visit the project on site
