**The Role**:
**What's the role?
**

The Senior Procurement Manager will deliver value creation and improvement to meet the business targets, using market intelligence, stakeholder needs analysis, strategy development, strategy implementation, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
All value creation and improvement initiatives must be aligned with Global Lubes organisations ensuring an improved total cost of ownership and seamless implementation together with business.
Specific responsibilities include:

- Category Logistics spends include but not limited to freight forwarding, custom clearance agent service, warehousing, offsite supply port, multi-modal transportation & land transportation services
- Build and maintain strong network in the market, aware of development in supply market and proactively identify threat & opportunities
- Develop multiyear procurement plan through spend analysis and collaborate closely with business stakeholder
- Develop and execute commercially competitive sourcing strategies for assigned key spend categories which meets the Business Demand while aligning to Global Category & Regional Category Strategies
- Leveraging on 40:40:20 principle to optimize the deal
- Execute tenders, evaluate bids & drive negotiations with Suppliers
- Drive contract performance and spend reduction through contract management
- Identify, develop & implement supply chain improvement opportunities.
- Upskill for Contract Management Team (CMT) member by facilitating CMT refresher training regularly or at need basis
- Co-facilitate Quarterly Performance Review (QPR)/Business Performance Review (BPR), manage Supplier Relationship effectively and drive continuous performance improvement through relevant contract key metrics
- Periodically review of ACV utilization rate, proactively identify any abnormal or off contract spend and intervene when required to prevent any value leakage

**Dimensions**:
Management of strategic and tactical Logistics contracts in Indonesia & Vietnam which include high HSSE risk & Worker Welfare risk contract.
Scope includes enterprise framework agreement, standalone contract, call-off contract and standalone Purchase Order for (but not limited) to Category Logistics.
**What we need from you**
- University degree or any equivalent qualification.
CIPS certification is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of working experiences with minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement (both pre-award and post-award phase) or Supply Chain operation
- Proven track record in execution excellence and delivering result.
Able to lead and manage change initiatives
- Good understanding on logistics operation will be an advantage
- High-energy individual with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong negotiation skill
- Strong stakeholder management skill, able to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of organization
