Senior Producer (Digital)

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare and produce news broadcasts to be broadcasted with high standards.
- Plan and prepare production team work, themes and topics, production facilities and infrastructure
- Monitor news broadcasts and be on hand to solve problems as needed.
- builds the content development pipeline by identifying current affairs topics that interest the target audience, based on market data and user feedback
- Evaluate news program to get improvemen
- leads innovation efforts in content development
- Review content to ensure all content complies with editorial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project to meet schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets.
- Manage research efforts and background information on topics to be featured on current affairs programmes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any major from a reputable university with a GPA minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 scale
- Excellent in English (written and oral) is a must
- Have experiences in writing articles in English & Bahasa
- Have min 6 years experience as a Digital Producer
- Have research capability
- should be able to adapt quickly to changes and perform well in a dynamic environment
- should have creative and also be familiar with camera, sound and editing systems.
- Able to work under pressure and on a tight deadline
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Have a good leadership
- Computer literate
