DESIGNATION : Senior Product Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess vision of the product being developed.
- Own the products that are developed end to end, from initiation, design, development, to maintenance.
- Work closely with the Product Owner (Manager/Sr Manager) to align the product vision and roadmap.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the products the team develops.
- Create and implement a Product Backlog that can be completed by the scrum team.
- Lead the scrum team in all phases of the product design, development, and implementation process with clear communication between team members.
- Create and update product documentation to ensure document versions are up to date.
- Ensure the development team produces technical documents in accordance with company standards (e.g., implementation plan, testing documents).
- Cooperate with other relevant departments/divisions in development, production issues, improvement, and operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 year experience working in the field of Product Management in the financial industry (banks, payment systems, and others)
- Prior experience leading/ mentoring other Product Managers is a plus
- Can make decisions based on valid data (empirical)
- Have experience in product implementation using agile scrum framework
- Have experience in using product development tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
