About The Role As a Senior Product Designer for the Mobility design team, you'll build experiences end-to-end. You'll be integrating yourself to solve journeys from the moment Customers open the Gojek app to booking a ride, enabling our driver partners to connect to their customers as well as their community, as well as to leverage our business partners to grow.
Your main challenges will be to understand multiple conflicting POVs and craft a holistic solution while considering the products' short-term and long-term runway. You will act as a thought partner for other teams within Gojek: Researchers, UX Writers, Business, Marketing, DLS, Engineering, etc. You will be initiating and leading workshops to align principles, brainstorm on product scope and roadmaps, ideate solutions for bleeding-edge problems, and hone your craftsmanship skills to deliver enjoyable and impactful experiences to Gojek's millions of users!
