**About the Role**
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, writing product requirement document, and working closely with UI/UX designer, researcher, engineering, marketing, operation, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The Product Manager should have a critical thinking mindset in discovering and defining problems; able to plan and provide the optimal solution based on the current situation & available resources.
The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
**Responsibiliteis**
- Create, own, and execute a product roadmap aligned with the long term product strategy according to understand our marketplace product, competitors, industry, sales and product development processes and the most important feature requests from our customers
- Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data, logic, and user empathy
- Identify gaps and opportunities in our growth plasn/processes
- Own key results for your problem are, customer satisfaction, usability, on time releases, and other critical metrics
- Develops trusted relationship with engineering team, business team and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery
- Convey important message in a clear and compelling manner to cross functional C levels and stakeholders
- Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, roll out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by your problem area.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions while working in a unstructured environment
- Experience in e-commerce or payments industry or tech startups is a plus
- Have track record of delivering product and features highly successful and innovative consumer internet product with stellar design taste and product instincts
- Strong communication skill to weave strategy, insight, priorities, and plans forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management
- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to insist on high standards and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with mínimal supervison.
