**Develop Product Strategy**: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our Consumer Services, aligning with market demands and business goals.
**Lead Product Development**: Oversee the development of Consumer Onboarding & Account Management, Digital Wallet, Digital Banks, POS systems, eMoney Processing solutions, Retail & Payments Processors, Supply Chain Management, and Loyalty Programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
**Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and other teams to create cohesive and customer-centric products.
**Prioritize Features and Enhancements**: Evaluate and prioritize features based on Consumer feedback, market analysis, and business impact.
**Analyze Market and Competitor Trends**: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
**Provide Leadership and Guidance**: Mentor and guide product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
**Measure and Drive Product Success**: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product leadership, preferably in the consumer services or fintech industry.
**Proven Success in Product Management**: Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from concept to launch.
**Deep Understanding of Consumer Services**: Knowledge of Consumer Onboarding & Account Management, Digital Wallet, Digital Banks, POS systems, eMoney Processing, Retail & Payments Processors, Supply Chain Management, Digital Products and Loyalty Programs.
**Strong Leadership and Communication Skills**: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and articulate product vision and strategy.
**Analytical and Strategic Thinking**: Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven product decisions.
**User-Centric Approach**: Focus on creating products that provide value and enhance the consumer experience.
