Senior Product Manager (Financial Services) (Hybrid)

Over the years we have scaled our products to be the #1 peer-to-peer payments company in Indonesia. But to achieve our mission to build a consumer-focused fintech product portfolio to complement our payments ecosystem and unlock value from the market.

We are looking for someone to join our Consumer Solutions product group and lead the Financial Services team to build to develop a world-class product offering for financial services which caters to the needs of the market and is aligned with our values.

As a Product Lead for this team, you will be seeding the team and be responsible for building the 0-1 product, identifying the areas we need to invest, proving a concept, and then with time scaling this team to build multiple products offerings across various kinds of financial products.

You will be accountable and responsible to craft and executing the product strategy to scale your product portfolio and achieve the goals of both the company and the team. To succeed in this role, you must be a thought leader who can drive and help shape the overall direction for the product as well as excel in execution.

**What you'll do**
- Define, lead and execute a product strategy for your team while collaborating with other product and functional teams.
- Own OKRs and drive the roadmap for your team while ensuring alignment with other pods and product groups
- Build understanding the Indonesian financial services industry and trends through primary and secondary research and together with data insights come up with insights to help drive the product vision.
- Own critical metrics for your product, problem area, customer satisfaction, usability issues, and releases.
- Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, rollout and impact analysis for the initiatives that are owned by your team.
- Implement instrumentation that enables us to understand our customers' journey end to end.
- We expect you to build enough business context to effectively partner and collaborate with many types of internal and external stakeholders. Being a greenfield area your ability to build relationships and work collaboratively will be of the essence.
- Build and manage a team of 3-4 PMs, provide mentoring, career management and define their work.

**What you'll need**
- A Bachelor's / Master's or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management.
- At least 8 years of overall experience of product management experience in delivering highly successful and innovative consumer and platform products with a solid understanding of analytics.
- Prior experience in building lending, investment, wealth management or other financial services products is highly desirable.
- Ability to break down complex problems, and identify use cases and solutions while working in a fast-paced environment to envision longer (greater than 1 year) term roadmaps.
- As an analytical and strategic thinker, data is more than just numbers to you and you are able to connect the dots to understand business impact.
- High attention to detail, ability to insist on high standards, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; ability to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.
- Go-getter attitude that resonates with extreme ownership and accountability.
