Senior Product Manager - Health Tech

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop product roadmap together with pod managers and other stakeholders
- Gather user feedback to optimize product performance
- Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of processes together with the product engineering team
- Ensure proper project management, documentation and budgeting
- Manage phase exit meeting from ideation, launch, and iteration
- Manage relevant product metrics
- Collaborate with other teams in business development, marketing, operations and/or regulatory efforts related to relevant products

**Key Requirements**:

- 4 + years of experience as a Product Manager ideally in a B2B SaaS company and/or healthcare background
- Demonstrated success in launching new features or products with clear goals and impact, ideally in genetics data analysis / interpretation, medical or healthcare domain
- Strong decision making framework and troubleshooting skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Skilled in human-centered design thinking, UX and user research
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus, as this role requires close collaboration with engineers and users based in Singapore
- Good business acumen and experience working in a regulated industry (following ISO standards)
