Senior Product Manager

Company DescriptionWe are Indonesia's Top Transportation Management System with IoT Integration which services have been used by hundreds of logistics and supply chain companies such as Alfamidi, Anteraja, MGM Bosco, JNT, JNE, and others.**Job Description**:- Understand user needs and work with data to create solid use cases of product requirements.- Build alignment with cross-functional partners (marketing, operations, finance, and legal) to deliver the committed development plans.- Working with Product Marketing and Market Analyst teams to define and analyze metrics of product success and health.- Deliver product initiatives through collaborations with engineering, data and product designer team.- Prepare yearly and quarterly product development planning together with marketing, business development, and engineering leaders.- Manage multiple projects / major program.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in computer, engineering, or equivalent.- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, system analysis, or business analysis.- Knowledge of fundamental concepts, procedures, and practices to build a product.- Familiarity with Scrum- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.- Good administrative skills and ability to create good requirement documentation.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skill.- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a bonus.- Understanding of UI/UX design is a plus.
