- To set a middle to long term vision and strategy for the Company's products.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
- Create an inspirational environment with open communication culture
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities. Background in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Product Management
- Launched and Managed a large scale B2C product
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology and hands-on experience
- Ability to align the quarterly and annual road map with all stakeholders
- Able to guide team on basics of feature launches, go to market, ensure product quality and mentor them on their career path
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as problem solving skills using Innovative and creative ways
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Balsamiq, Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint, Clevertap/Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL
- Skills to write well-documented user stories, and good presentation skills
- Good execution skills while maintaining a good balance being tactical and strategic at all times
