About the Role At GoTo Financial, thousands of merchant partners rely on us for their payment infrastructure needs. As Senior Product Manager for Merchant Operations, you'll take the wheel in improving and developing solutions for our merchants to scale up their reporting and operations in using Midtrans's services, while also taking ownership of internal tools to improve our internal operations that enable us to provide a quicker turnaround to merchants. Collaborating with a talented troop of leaders in the engineering and business teams, you'll break down complex issues into actionable steps forward to optimize our product. Your efforts will further position Midtrans as the hub for all digital payments and transfers made by businesses in Indonesia, solidifying Midtrans's position as the leading payment gateway in Indonesia.

The Merchant Operations team is a stream within Midtrans that aims to solve our merchants' and partners' pain points over managing operations that come with accepting payments and transfers - be it for their businesses or their clients - to help them streamline their operations and grow their business. Our success depends on the success of our merchant partners who rely on us for their payment needs. This team will focus on the merchant's and partner's operations and reporting needs, which will include creating, owning, and executing a product roadmap aligned with product strategy.
