**Role Purpose**
- Provide insights for new product development through analysis of market, industry, competitors, customers, internal systems, product profitability, and operational readiness.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research and analysis on product innovation with other relevant parties.
- Identify opportunities for product development, using internal and external data and pinpointing trends in the market.
- Evaluate the product portfolio from a financial perspective
- Analyze system and operational readiness for new product innovation
- Analyze metrics to improve product portfolio
- Monitor product performance (features, customer satisfaction, retention, etc) and work with Product Owner to improve product performance.
- Create financial modeling and product profitability
- Develop an understanding of the product to meet the current and future needs of the company
- Work closely with the Head of Product Management to align the product vision and roadmap.
- Work closely with Product Owner in ideation and prototype process for new products.
- Identify potential clients & partners and approach them directly or indirectly (through Segment or Business Partner).
- Understand and articulate the competitive landscape of the product.
- Conduct interviews or gather information from customers and present new insights.
- Verify customer needs in the product development stage
- Assist Product team to achieve short or long term goals related to product growth.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- At least 2 years working experience as Advisory / Consultant / Product Management in financial industry (bank, payment system, etc.)
- Experience managing entire product life-cycle, ensuring value delivery.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies for flexible and responsive development.
- Skilled in effective research methods for informed decision-making.
- Knowledgeable about fintech and banking regulations for strategic alignment.
- Understanding of market trends and competition in fintech or banking.
- Ability to analyze product costs and benefits for optimal resource allocation.
- Design and optimize user journeys for improved usability and satisfaction.
- Evaluate and prioritize new product ideas based on feasibility and alignment.
- Proficient in project management for on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
