Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong business acumen to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager at PVG, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our payment technology projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities Monitor and ensure all assigned projects are delivered with high quality and match client requirement. Ensure all project team to have good environment in order to build proactive and independent project team. Identify critical issues/upcoming potential issues and provide effective solutions to achieve smooth project deliverables. Create practical innovations to improve internal or external project management activity. Ensuring project feasibility in terms of timeline, business and relevant scope. Empower team member to achieve their career development. Make sure all the projects are properly documented. Manage relationships with clients and other external parties. Support Department Heads on cross-functional projects timeline and communication. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field. At least have 2 years of proven experience as a PMO/Business Analyst/Strategy Associate or similar role. Good knowledge on scrum processes and agile methodology. Preferred from Banking/Financial Services/Payment/Technology/Software industry. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen - strict adherence to goals and financial objectives. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
