Plan and designate project resources, budget, and keep key stakeholders informed and ensured that all resources have been spent most on direction of the company
Delegate tasks and setting expectation on performance of each project to stakeholders and working team
Help business teams to be able to determine operational objectives and studying business functions along with gather enough information for technical teams to start work and planning
Monitor overall project plan in details and be able to come up with solutions to tackle problems that might be raised along the project implementation phase
Review deliverables to ensure the products/ outputs of each project meet quality standard and meet the initial project objectives that serve company's direction
Initiate some ideas or business solutions that help to company's OKR
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field.
MBA is a plus, At least 10 years of project management, driving digital/data driven innovation projects or equivalents that have measurable impact to customer or seller experience
Good knowledge on design thinking methodologies, insights derived from data and has experience in market research that help establish execution roadmap and align with key stakeholders
Good understanding on how to write good business requirements to tech teams and define definition of done, be able to guide the team to refine thoughts and requirements and be able to help teams identify tech stacks that would best fit to fulfill the requirements
Good understanding of trends and themes in digital customer experience management using Big Data or AI
Ability and mindset to work collaboratively across various functions
Excellent interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
High level of intellectual curiosity and area comfortable with ambiguity
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Have experience in e-Commerce industry is preferred.
Fluency in English is a must
