PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Fresh graduates with a recognized university degree Keen to build a career in the property management industry Be ready to undergo intensive training and acquire skills and techniques to become a further professional manager Be prepared to work hard to overcome future challenges Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with ability to work under pressure High proficiency in both English and Chinese (English Version Only)

PROPERTY MANAGER (Ref: PM/W)
Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines At least 8 years' relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH is preferable Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Strong leadership, with good communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager (English Version Only)

SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER (Ref: SPO/W)
Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Presentable, independent, with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills Shift duty and work on weekends and Public Holidays may be required Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer (English Version Only)

RECREATION OFFICER (Ref: RO/W)
Diploma in Recreation Management or related disciplines At least 3 years' relevant experience in prestigious clubhouses, hotels or similar establishments Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer oriented Shift duty and work on weekends and Public Holidays is required Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Recreation Officer (English Version Only)

RECREATION ASSISTANT (Ref: RA/W)
Assist daily operation, organize activities and handle customer enquires in clubhouse Self-motivated, diligent, able to work independently and under pressure Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Shift duty and work on weekends and Public Holidays is required (English Version Only)

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
It is a 3-year comprehensive career development program. The development program includes the following training subjects and activities:
Routine maintenance works scheduling, monitoring and control Technical works handling, including drafting tender specifications, monitoring and control of the site and field works, testing and commissioning the building facilities Knowledge training for building services system Fault diagnosis and emergency preparedness Technical presentation skill Analytical and problem-solving skills for technical works Project management (English Version Only)
TECHNICAL MANAGER (Ref: TM/W)
Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines At least 10 years' relevant experience, with 5 years at managerial level, preferably in the field of property repair and maintenance Member of CIBSE or HKIE or equivalent is preferred Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above is preferred Well-versed with relevant ordinances and ISO9001, 14001, H&S implementation Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Presentable, with good communication and leadership skills Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager (English Version Only)

ENGINEER (Ref: ENGR/W)
Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines At least 5 years' experience in property and facilities management Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B is preferred Monitor property maintenance, building improvement / renovation works, E&M facilities operation Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Self-motivated and able to work independently Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer (English Version Only)

TECHNICAL OFFICER (Ref: TO/W)
Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines At least 3 years' experience in property and facilities management Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B is preferred Monitor daily repair and maintenance works Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Self-motivated with good communication skills Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer (English Version Only)

SECURITY INSPECTOR (Ref : SI/W)
With experience in British / Indian army or disciplinary force 2 years' solid experience in security companies with exposure in customer service is preferred Demonstrable knowledge of martial arts / bodyguard techniques will be an advantage Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and Quality Assurance System Compliance Certificate Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken & written English and average spoken Chinese is a must Shift duty and work on weekends and Statutory Holidays is required (English Version Only)

Management services records: including but not limited to owners / occupants' contact information, records of smart card application, value-added service registration, decoration work application, activity enrolment, insurance, management fee auto pay service, visitor registration, CCTV surveillance, etc.;
Enquiry/ complaint handling records: including records containing personal information and information supplied by clients and collected in connection with enquiries/ complaints;
Personnel records: including job applications and staff personal details, job particulars, details of salary, payments, benefits, leave and training records, group medical and dental insurance records, mandatory provident schemes participation, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters, etc.;
Main Purposes of using Personal Data
Management services records are kept for the purposes of providing management services, insurance records, activity registrations, security, communication, etc.;
Enquiry/ complaint handling records are kept for the purposes of making reply and taking follow-up actions on enquiries/ complaints by relevant Management Services Centre / Public Relations Department;
Personnel records of employees are kept for recruitment and human resource management purposes, including such matters as employees' appointment, employment benefits, termination, performance appraisal, discipline, etc;
Records collected on webservers are kept for the purposes of maintaining and improving the Company's website. Personal data collected during online job application is for recruitment and human resource management purposes. Personal data collectedin suggestion forms is kept for the purposes of making reply and taking follow-up actions. User's personal data will not be used for other unrelated purposes without the users' consent.
Outsourcing Arrangements
The Company's internal IT systems are developed and maintained by in-house staff and a local third-party service provider. The third-party service provider does not have access to the personal data stored in the IT system without the Company's authorization.
Security of Personal Data
The personal data collected by the Company, however stored, will be accessed only by our employees or contractors who are authorized to do so.
Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data collected by the Company will only be used for the purposes specified at the time of collection. We will not share any personal data with other companies or organizations without clients' prior consent except in the following circumstances:
a. We may disclose information to contractors or service providers in connection with the Company's operation for the purposes stated above.
b. We are required to disclose or transfer clients' information upon request by the Police or organizations authorized by law.
c. We are required to disclose or transfer clients' information under the requirements of any law applicable in or outside Hong Kong.
These third parties adhere to their independent privacy policies. The Company's Privacy Policy Statement does not cover the third parties.
Retention of Data
We will keep your personal data in order to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected. Personal Data which is no longer required will be destroyed.
Personal Data access and correction
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may at any time request access to and correct your personal data in any of the Company's records. Any request for access to or correction of personal data should be made by completing the Data Access Request Form (OPS003) specified by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. Any data access request made without the Form may be refused by the Company.
Any such data access request has to be made by completing the Data Access Request Form (OPS003) specified by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data and sending the completed Form to the Public Relations Manager by fax (fax number ******** ), or by e-mail to ******** or by mail to the following address :
