**Job Descriptions**:
- Testing estimations and prioritisations within sprints
- Reviewing of test artifacts such as test cases, testrail reports, automation scripts, reported bugs on different environments and/or RFCs (if any)
- Setting in collaboration with EM/HOE and tracking quality metrics
- Regular 1:1s with direct reports and their leader (EM or HOE)
- Pushing for automation skill sets within the team and automation first testing approach
- Hands-on with 1 or more features
- Participating in scrum events and tribe level OKR discussions
- Setting squad specific OKRs driven through tribe OKRs
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Experience with implementing test automation using automation test tools (cucumber, selenium, etc)
- Knowledgeable in release pipeline process
- Knowledgeable in web services and REST API
- Knowledgeable in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Experience in coding/scripting skills in one of the following: Ruby, PHP, Javascript, Python
- Passionate as a problem solver
- Proactive, vigilant, responsible, and collaborative
