Carry out in-depth analysis regarding requirements, specifications and technical designs then provide relevant input and feedback.
- Develop a software testing plan based on priorities.
- Identify problems found then create a report after the problem has been resolved.
- Carrying out regression tests on software with specified minimum qualifications.
- Review documents related to testing such as Test Cases or UAT (Unit Acceptance Test) documents that have been created by team members.
- Conduct testing on various devices (Android, iOS, Web Desktop, and STB) to ensure that the software can function without any problems on different devices.
- Review reports related to customer complaints and non-conformity issues before forwarding them to the development team.
- Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards.
- Responsible for developing team skills and competencies (for example providing assignments or sharing knowledge).
- Validate EFM findings, analyze, and assign to related parties for resolution.
- Carrying out Live Event Duty (LED) for important Live Match events from time to time.
- Directing team members to follow orders/instructions accompanied by monitoring the work carried out by the team as an effort to realize the company's VISION and MISSION.
- Provide encouragement to colleagues or teams to act in accordance with company VALUES in all situations and conditions.
- Evaluate the work of yourself and your section by consistently maintaining the quality of work that is already good and improving the quality of work that is not yet good.
- Encourage all team members to carry out SOP regulations related to ISMS (Information Security Management System).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree - **Computer Science/Information Engineering** or similar field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Have **3 (three) years work experience** in the same field. **(Lead a team)**:
- Have proficiency in the field and have good communication skills (verbal & written) in **English**.
- Have strong knowledge and skills in the use of **QA tools, concepts, strategies and methodologies**.
- Have high discipline in carrying out tasks so that they can be completed on time.
- Have the ability to manage and monitor the work of team members.
**Working arrangement**:
WFO from Monday to Friday at Senayan, Jakarta Selatan
