Senior R&D Packaging Engineer Food (Fmcg)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG company, we are seeking a professional with 6-10+ years of working experience in R&D packaging that will work closely with regional team to provide packaging solutions that drive business growth. This job will be based in West Java, Indonesia. Job Responsibilities: Lead packaging productivity projects in SEA market, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc. Manage packaging projects covering size changes, structure changes, and other technical support areas. Develop new packaging materials, functions, formats, and engineering introductions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, PCM, MSC, Procurement, R&D product team, Quality, and Global R&D. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, labs, and colleges. Apply new packaging technologies locally through strong communication skills. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or related field. 6-10 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the food industry or FMCG. Project management skills, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Good command of English and computer skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
