Senior Recruiter

**Job Description Details**:Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.Managing internship programs.Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.Providing recruitment reports to team managers.Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages.**Requirements**:Experience with recruitment in high growth companies. The ability to conduct different types of interviews. Experience with recruitment processes and databases & Platforms (i.e Glints, LinkedIn, Indeed, Tech in Asia, etc)The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.Clear and concise verbal and written communication skillsGood decision making skillsA working knowledge of employment law and legislationDeep understanding of end to end recruitment processAble to work in a Team4+ Years of ExperienceProficient in English
