KELOLA is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our South Jakarta office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contract to signing contract
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients by networking or industry events
- Contacting potential clients through cold calling
- Understanding customer needs and requirements that match them with Kelola's solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Arranging meetings and closing deals with prospective clients

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in business development (B2B industry)
- Experienced in doing cold-calling to clients
- Having experience managing a team is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment is a plus
