Senior Relationship Manager Mortgage

**Position: RM Mortgage/KPR**

Head office on Jl. Boulevard Bintaro Jaya is engaged in Head Hunter & Outsourcing services which already has official permission from related parties so that it is safe, legal and reliable.

Strengthened by 4 branches in the cities of Jakarta, Medan, Bandung and Surabaya as well as 8 Sales Centers in Kelapa Gading, Bintaro, Bekasi, Kudus, Jember, Kediri, Pontianak, Padang, which are supported by Human Resources (HR) will now develop to produce transfers reliable power.

**Job description**:

- Processing the acquisition of targeted new debtors (mortgage) by building the partnership with Developers, brokers and branches.
- Ensure the loan (mortgage) process in line with the policy and regulations.
- Providing excellent service to debtors/prospective debtors without ignoring policies, instructions, procedures have been established by the Bank.
- Have experience Handled Team and make marketing strategy.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- S1 any major
- Minimum 1 year experience as mortgage sales.
- Have a basic knowledge of the banking lending and mortgage.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good selling skills and strong network, especially in mortgages
- Confident and tenacious in getting prospective debtors and doing cross selling
- Have Experience at least Mortgage Banking 4 years experience.
