Senior Risk Management Officer

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Risk Sr. Manager to implement risk management process in the company.
- Execute risk management practices and controls, including promoting risk culture in the company.
- Assisting various department implementing risk register, in order to comply with the departments/ company goals, including the management's appetite.
- Arranging regular meetings with various departments to perform regular risk assessment and risk awareness.
- Provide reasonable advisory and guidance with the Risk Manager on operational, financial, technology, regulatory risk, etc to various departments.

**Job requirement**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as Risk Management Officer. Excellent understanding about risk management process and technique.
- Management consultant and / or e-commerce industry experience would be an advantage,
- Experience in operational risk, audit and compliance. IT/Tech/Cyber risk project experience would be an advantage,
- Holder of Professional Certificate of Risk Management would be an assets,
- Proficient in Bahasa, English, spoken and written,
- High integrity and professional work practice,
- Strong analysis on risk assessment,
- Good analytical, teamwork capability and able to work independently,
- Good interpersonal communication, management and presentation skills.
