**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Assist the sales team with proposal creation, presentation materials,sales quotation and contract / agreeement documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and training sessions for potential clients.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM system with client details, interactions, and sales progress.
- Act as the initial point of contact for client queries, redirecting complex concerns to relevant team members.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client inquiries or feedback.
- Manage appointment schedules for the consulting team.
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
- Process sales orders,quotation, agreement, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the finance department for accurate billing and collections.
- Ensure seamless communication between the consulting, and client teams.
- Distribute internal reports on sales targets, achievements, and forecasts.
- Propose and implement strategies to streamline and enhance administrative processes.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve service offerings.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence, understanding competitor offerings, and identifying potential areas of growth.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably within an accounting/tax consulting environment (An understanding of accounting and tax principles is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of CRM software, Google Workspace, and other sales-related tools.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Salary**: Rp7,500,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
