Senior Sales Development Manager

**About the Company**:
Our Client is a fast growing dairy company across Indonesia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to lead Sales Development Division
- Develop and execute People Strategy for Sales Organization
- Ability to design capability program
- Enabling Sales Organization with sales tools
- Ability to do distributor assessment and standardization
- Develop business model and route to market strategy

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Training, distribution system and supply chain is preferred
- Previous experience in handling Channel (Traditional, Modern, Online & Direct to Consumer)
- Experience in updated technology such as DMS and SFA
- Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Leadership skill, strategic planning, market analysis and time management
