Senior Sales Development Representative

**Job Description**:

- Contact prospective leads to introduce McEasy company and products.
- Identify the customer's business and pain points that can be addressed with McEasy's service offerings. Information includes: business industry, scale, operational issues related to the fleet, decision maker contacts, solutions for customers' issues, etc.
- Schedule visits to be conducted by Sales Executive (SE) and introduce them to the customers' point of contact (PIC).
- Assist SE in the deal closure and installation process by coordination with SE (prepare and send sales quotations, contracts, etc., also follow up customers until deal closure).
- Conduct lead canvassing through website searching.
- Update customer activities and information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SDRs, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.
- Evaluate and enhance existing SDR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:
**To be considered for the position, you MUST have**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
- At least 1-3 years experiences as Sales Development Representative
- Having strong experience in B2B Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be placed at Cikini, Central Jakarta
