**About the Client**:
A leading multinational company is looking for Senior Sales & Distribution Manager to lead the Sales & Distribution organization towards achieving agreed KPIs and other related metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a Sales & Distribution strategy to achieve the agreed KPIs.
- Identify and develop relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Work with the Head of Commercial to identify new opportunities for business growth and revenue generation.
- Monitor the budget for the Sales & Distribution department and ensure that spending is in line with the budget.
- Ensure that the sales team is motivated and incentivized to achieve their targets.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the products and services are promoted to customers in the most effective way possible.
- Continuously develop and refine the Sales & Distribution strategy to stay ahead of the competition.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Min 10 years experience in sales distribution (FMCG or B2C related business)
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Data driven & strong analytical thinking
- Customer driven, passionate about the market & winning with customers. Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
- Extensive experience in negotiations with a strong drive and comfortable working in an incredibly fast and dynamic industry
- Result oriented and able to do extensive travel.
