**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in **Technical Engineering** (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical) preferred.
- **3+ years **of relevant experience in industrial automation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and internal sales platforms.
- Fluent in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- High organizational skills, adaptable in a scale-up environment.
- Result-driven, self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience in virtual/digital customer engagement and pneumatic/electrical product industry is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively manage and develop a predefined customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships through regular virtual interactions.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to promote our products and services.
- Achieve sales targets, focusing on profitable growth and total cost of ownership (TCO) aspects for customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer profiles, needs, and requirements.
- Present product/service features and benefits effectively to both existing and new customers.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data in our information systems.
- Engage in contract renewals, price negotiations, and discussions on volume discounts.
- Prepare and report on customer-related activities and market trends.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet targets, in consultation with your manager.
- Contribute to team selling initiatives and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Represent our brand and values in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and distributors.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key customers
