**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to sales from discovery until financial win of assigned projects with focus on complex customers within the region-
- Collect technical requirements and design and present high-level technical solutions for customers.-
- Handle demos, POCs, security questionnaires, and all compliance matters.-
- Have an overview of market feature requirements and provide feedback to steer the development of products' features.-
- Have detailed overview of products and solutions from both technical and commercial point of view and keep track of any changes and upgrades.Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in presales, technical sales, system integration, or similar roles.-
- Exposure to communications platform as a service (CPaaS) or software as a service (SaaS) e.g., chatbots, contact center software.-
- Knowledge in networking, connectivity, programming logic, & APIs is a plus.-
- Strong engineering background and a passion for IT and technology.-
