- Min. D3 from any major, preferably Architecture / Civil Engineering.
- Working experience min. 1 year in the related field.
- Deep knowledge in salesmanship; preferably familiar with window blinds, Office furniture, Operable Partitions, Toilet Cubicle, Carpets, and Demountable Wall.
- Has wide networking, good sales communication & target achiever.
- Good personality and good looking / attractive.
- Wiling to travel extensively throughout Indonesia as needed.
- Able to communicate in English, and able to communicate in Mandarin or Japanese will be an advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and increase Sales Amount to achieve "The Target",
- Do a Marketing Function which will be responsible to identify, develop and undertake Marketing Campaign and initiates both the existing and prospective Clients,
- Do Sales and Marketing Research includes the following : Client Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Contact Strategies, Market place Analysis, Analysis of the strengths & weaknesses of IBU Competitors, Analysis of Marketing Planning as well as Product Proposed Strategies, Pricing, Selling, Advertising and Distribution, Estimate Potential Market, Sales Quotas, and Sales Forecasting,
- Set up Sales Promotional Strategy, to evaluate the feasibility of a Promotional Strategy that has been put forward,
- Reinforce learning and develop further professional skill such as : selling skill, product knowledge, and telephone-contact skill as appropriate,
- Acquire and develop customer relationships,
- Do Pricing Reviews (Regular reviews of pricing strategy must be undertaken to reflect internal profitability, overall client management and external competitor issues),
- Source and evaluate potential Clients,
- Prepare information and selections for Quotation preparation,
- Check the Quotation and discuss with Manager before presenting to Clients,
- Monitor progress during design stage, site visit (before, during & after the project is completed); do ordering, manufacture period, delivery time of the goods, up to completion,
- Prepare presentation materials,
- Keep up with Management activities to ensure smooth and successful operation of Sales Division.
