About The Role You are the brains behind our Sales team! As a key player in our Sales team, you'll spearhead the MSME Sales Strategy, focusing on delivering innovative Value Added Services to SME merchants in Indonesia. In the first six months, you'll tackle the challenge of understanding diverse merchant needs and translating them into actionable sales strategies. Your efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory, as you build relationships, drive sales-assisted initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our offerings and enhance the value we provide to SMEs.
\n What You Will DoAssist senior strategists in analyzing market trends and developing sales-driven relative value models.Report, analyze and publish reports and presentations on sales performance metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, focusing on lead conversion, opportunity forecasting, and retention.Strategize and set monthly Key Results (KRs) for the sales team, aligning top-down goals with individual targets.Maintain a sales performance database and provide the Sales team with insightful dataDevelop a deep understanding of key customers and markets to support insightful and sustainable business analysis.Research and implement solutions, frameworks, and methodologies tailored to specific project needs.Actively contribute to change management and go-to-market projects, identifying root causes and executing initiatives to enhance team performance.Support fiscal year planning, including target setting, initiative development, roadmap creation, and ad-hoc analytics What This Role NeedsStrong problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindsetProficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPointBasic SQL skills for simple data analysis and crunchingExceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaStrong stakeholder management abilities, collaborating effectively with diverse sales teams and cross-functional partnersA self-starter with a team-oriented approach, thriving in a dynamic environmentExcellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing competing prioritiesFamiliarity with strategic thinking and market analysis
