**Your Role: Senior SDET/QA Engineer**
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Be a champion of quality and operational excellence, establish the testing strategy, roadmap and quality metrics for quality measurement and operational excellence.
- Work closely with team members (developers, product manager, customer support and various stakeholders) to develop, test and deliver high quality products.
- Make hands-on contributions to the planning and execution of test automation.
- Oversee all facets of quality control, from product inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain test frameworks, tools, and automation infrastructure to support efficient and scalable testing processes.
- Monitor and analyse test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related major is preferred.
- 5+ years experience in software testing practice and methodologies, both manual and automated.
- Have hands-on experience developing app automation solutions using Appium and integrating with mobile cloud solutions such as BrowserStack.
- Able to create test suites with Javascript-based testing frameworks, e.g. Cypress/Playwright.
- Fluent in Java & Javascript.
- Familiar with the STLC process in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with TestRail is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills and able to work independently.
